Foffa Wear Exchange & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a completed returns form.
Standard shipping is at the customer’s cost however we do offer FREE UK returns via collect+.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or sent to your supplied bank account, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it can take up to 10 working days before your refund is officially posted.

Seconds and sale items (if applicable)
Definition: Seconds are retail items which, through minor fault of manufacture, are sold to the public for a reduced rate, rather than being discarded. Such goods are often resold at this lower rate after failing the factory’s quality inspection.
Seconds and Sale items do not qualify for refunds, in the event of a returns request an exchange or credit note will be offered.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately seconds cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a copy of your receipt and images of the faulty item and the damage or defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 5 heaven tree close, London, N1 2PW, United Kingdom.
Your shipping cost will be refunded.
We advised that items being returned to us are done so with a tracking number as we don’t take responsibility for lost items.
